Title: The title of your sweepstakes. Try to keep it under 100 chars.
URL: The URL at subsweeps.com that people will use to find your sweepstakes. Just the part after the slash.
Description: Longer description of the sweepstakes that shows on your sweepstakes entry page.
Channel ID: The YouTube Channel ID for the channel hosting the sweepstakes. You can see a list of yours to the right. But, you can host ones that aren't associated with this YouTube account too
Terms: The Terms of Service for your sweeepstakes. An example is provided.
Start Date: The date that the sweepstakes can start accepting entries. If this date is in the past, you will no longer be able to edit the sweepstakes parameters.
End Date: The date after which your sweepstakes will not accept additional entries and after which you'll be expected to pick winners and award prizes.
Image URL: The URL to a hosted image to display for your sweepstakes. I just use the thumbnail for my YouTube video announcing the sweepstakes.
Eligible As Of: The date that a person must have been a subscriber by to enter the sweepstakes. You can use this to award only your existing subscribers
Number of Winners: The number of winners that will be selected for an award.
Max Entries: The max number of entries allowed. If you enable "Add Entries", then this is just used as an estimate. Otherwise, entries are limited to this number.
Claim by Days: The number of days that a winner will have to claim the prize by email until you select a new winner.
Add Entries: If you wish to allow more entries after it hits the max, then enable this. Each time you run out of credits, you will be billed for the small package, adding 500 entries at a time for $5.
Share Publicly: Whether you would like your sweepstakes featured on the front page. This may not be active yet.
